Nothing has really happened since the last update, we are waiting on a lead to get our last server online, as we would rather put everything online at the one time.
Anyway we will be online whenever oubliette gives the go ahead!

So its been a while since my last update on the site so Oubliette and I, thought that it would be a good idea to inform you on whats been happening since we have got a bit further in getting Ownedcraft Back off of its feet.
So Lets Get Started!
If you did not know Oubliette is mainly responsible for helping us get ourselves back online, without his help and expertise we would probably have already fallen into ashes. He will be hosting basically everything Ownedcraft, but instead everything will be based in Ireland, in a data center near his home.
Anyway, What hardware will we have?
Well, we plan in hosting the Website and Teamspeak server on Two Low Powered Dell Machines.

As you may know, Ownedcraft's Servers will cease operations on the 31st January. But please do not think this is the end. From the 31st on wards Ownedcraft will be changing gradually day by day. So lets run down a few things.
Ownedcraft's Website and Teamspeak will stay up.
We have been offered a set of lower powered servers that will be able to host and manage the teamspeak server on a much cheaper and powerfull note. What Does that mean? The website should quicken up whenever we make the switch, and there will be no bandwidth cap. Where did we get such a server? That remains a secret until we know if its a viable option.

I have thought about this for some time now, there are several reasons why this is happening.
my heart is no longer in minecraft as it once was, my personal expenses have increased and due to recent tax changes my income has been reduced. I can no longer justify spending over 400.00 a month for a game that does not hold the appeal that it once did.
Ownedcraft may come back in the future under different command, but it will not continue under mine.
I have enjoyed my time with you and although recently there have been a few bumps I will remember most of you fondly.
